Delivery is usually between 9am-11am and collection times are normally 5.30pm-7.30pm depending upon the time of the year. Overnight hire can be arranged in advance, which normally has an extra £25 fee depending on availability. We do not charge for cancellations due to bad weather, as long as the driver is made aware before delivery. Payment is due on delivery of hire, with no up-front deposit required. Indoor hire of our equipment is also available.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to safeguard against any accidents, and the following are some measures that should be noted -

1. A responsible adult should be on hand to supervise at all times

2. Seperate bouncing sessions for different age groups/sizes and strictly no somersaults.

3. Nobody should be allowed to climb/hang on the castle walls. The users' height should be no greater than the height of the castle walls.

4. Shoes must be removed along with any hard,sharp or dangerous objects.

5. Do not use the equipment in extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, very windy conditions or thunderstorms.

6. Do not inflate/deflate the castle whilst there are people on it. If the castle fails for any reason it should be evacuated immediately.

7. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not be allowed to use the equipment.

8. If misuse/neglect causes any damage then the hirer will be laible for the full repair cost. If the equipment is very dirty when collected, an additional payment of up to £50 may be requested.

ONCE SET-UP THE SAFE OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER.
