Area Covered:-

1. FREE local delivery before 12 Noon.

2. FREE setup of groundsheet, bouncy castle (incl fan), and secure to ground.

3. FREE rain cancellation insurance (before the driver arrives).

4. FREE collection after 18.00pm

5. Provide raincover where fitted, and show customer procedure for fitting.

6. Provide and fit safety mats.

7. Provide customer with T & C's and discuss appropriately.

8. Provide customer with Operating instructions and Safety sheet.

1. Every hirer will have at least 8 hours and we are flexible with the hire times.

2. All our castles are cleaned and checked before every hire.

3. The artwork on Mickey's Den, Under The Sea, Jungle, Celebration, Adult and Slide is of the highest standards.

4. The Slide design has artwork on the EXTERIOR walls as well.

5. Our castles are BOUNCIER than usual due to them being newer and the bed seams are webbed (10 times stronger than an inflatable without).

6. We always confirm the booking 3-days before the hire, we can send out a confirmation letter or email if desired.

7. We advertise our fees, NO HIDDEN CHARGES - what you see is what you pay.

8. We offer BHR staff a 10% discount, subject to voucher.

9. Safety is paramount to us, our castles/slide units are PIPA tagged and we have £1M public liability insurance.

10. We offer a NO DEPOSIT policy, payment on the day of your hire.

11. No charge if you cancel on the day due to bad weather and before the driver arrives.

12. We are courteous and friendly and deliver with a smile.

13. We have young children of our own and are aware of their standards!

All Children's Bouncy Castles are for use under the age of 12 years only. We do not recommend their use for older children
Strictly NO adults on the children's castles
Number of children advisable on each unit at any one time are:

JUNGLE, MICKEY'S DEN and UNDER THE SEA No more than 5 or 6

CELEBRATION No more than 6 or 7

SLIDE No more than 4 on the unit (Max height 1.2M)

Can be used INDOORS i.e. Halls (sandbags are supplied FREE)
Please note that an adequate amount of extra space is required at the rear of all castles to allow room for the electric fan. Approx an extra 2 Metres.
All units are made from flame retardant coated 610 gram PVC (BS5438), sewn using rot resistant thread.
